Combining the best of British & American Showing
Independently run events (NO membership required) for those that want to put the fun back into showing. "The best of showing from around the world."
Our aim
To bring a great days showing experience to all, no matter whether young or old, experienced or new to showing. Our flagship show, London Counties, is open to everyone regardless what breed of horse or pony you have and makes donations after the show to local charities & good causes. Our nominated charities are TEAL (Therapeutic Equine Assisted Learning), a hippotherapy centre in Kent
& DOTS, a UK based charity for homeless people's pets.
Established in 1988 our London Counties show combines the excitement and flair of the American and Foreign Breed classes with traditional English show classes, bringing you the best of both showing worlds and brings together nearly 40 years hands-on experience of events from across the world to bring you what we feel is a great mix.
On offer are breed specific classes for British Breeds & Foreign Breeds, Coloured Classes, our unique Junior Junction classes and generic non-breed specific classes brought together for a great days show. Fabulous rosettes & sashes to all class winners, (PC) trophies, numerous additional awards and prizes, a great annual event for you, helping others at the same time. We've now grown to offer a number of Foreign Breed events throughout the year, many of which include a selection of Open Breed classes too.Click on the menu bar above and then use the drop down menu for more information.
Our APHS Foreign Breed Shows
are a Festival of Shows to celebrate all the various foreign breeds and to offer an end of season National Championship Finals, which you need to have qualified for. (Please see our National Finals page

None of this is possible without the help of our wonderful sponsors, helpers and competitors. If you would like to support us, we welcome your sponsorship - all levels are available from individual rosette sponsorship to supreme championship sponsorship. All monies raised from these events go back into future shows, profits shared to charity/good causes or used to support similar events in the UK.Please use the form below, or contact us
directly for more information.
Schedules can be found for all our events at the bottom of this page and you can find out more about each event by using our menu at the top of the page.
Members are reminded to send their Hi-Point Cards in for 2025.
We look forward to seeing you at our events during the year.
PLEASE NOTE: If we have to cancel or postpone any of our shows due to infectious diseases (equine or human), entries received will be carried forward to a rescheduled show date or refunded if the event is cancelled due to a lock down, less any administrative/handling fee incurred by ourselves (e.g. imposed by a third party such as banks, Stripe or PayPal). Your safety is important to us.
